Say you've specified a master dark to be used w/ CC, and that file has been moved or the name is changed. CC will then open blank, rather than use the other information stored. Say you've spent an hour carefully defining column defects in the Defect List and saved the NI icon. If the dark is missing, that information is lost. Better to open with the error message dark missing, but keep the other info sticky. Thanks!
