Bayer drizzle integration of different cameras/scales is it ok?

Hello

Is it posible to do  bayer drizzle integration of images taken with different cameras?

I was trying to do it, with images taken with Canon 5D MKII DLR and my CCD QHY8 (OSC) cameras,
using the preprocessing script separately on both sets of images using the same reference image.

I am getting some results, but not as good as espected, because some  tissue like patterns appear on the background

Note, the cameras have different resolutions/scales, and also different bayer paterns.
