I'm having some issues with FITS during the calibration stage. It seems that the integration process does not label the generated image with the binning level of the sub exposures. When I tried to use them later, both my Bin1 and Bin2 master biases were labelled as Bin1.
I tried to edit them with the FITS header tool and apply but it would not take. The only way that seemed to work was to load a sub and transfer the FITS over, which seems a bit clumsy.
It seems that integration should not lose relevant FITS information and I should be able to simply edit the FITS header. Am I missing a trick somewhere?
