unable to reactivate on a new PC

Hey all,

I am trying to install PI onto my new PC but when I input the user identifier & authorizaion code after installation, I just get an error message saying 'the server says 'INVALID AUTHORIZATION CODE''

Can anyone please advise as to what is going wrong as the info I'm using to sign is from my original email & I am simply copying & pasting so the input details are correct.
