Histogram Equilisation

Hey all,
    I keep reading / watching Tutorials where they are using a little tool called 'Histogram Equalisation'
where there is only a checkbox and a box where you can set the 'No Of Levels'

Cant seem to find it anywhere

i can find a Local Histogram Euqalisation but it looks completely different.

Does it still exist or is there another tool which replaced it
