I am a relatively new user to PI. On Feb 6th, I requested a trial version of PI. In Feb 7th, I received a trial license via email, got set up and things worked wonderfully. I was extremely impressed with the program--to say the least. On February 20, I started the program and got a message that my trial had expired. It was less than a month but no problem, I went to the site and paid for a commercial license The site indicated that I'd receive an email confirming payment and providing additional information. I waited until Feb 23rd and when I heard nothing, I sent the following email to support@pxinsight.com:
"I registered and paid to convert my demo version of PI to a commercial license last Thursday (I believe). It appears to be working just fine, but I've never received anything from you via email about it (as described on the registration site.) Do you have me properly registered going forward?"
I have still never heard anything. (Yep, I've checked my spam files.) Things continued to work so I assumed that all was good. I've been saving a few big processing projects, I finally have time to work on it this afternoon and now, when I attempt to start the program, I get a "The Server says EXPIRED LICENSE" message and the program shuts down. This is extremely frustrating. I've paid up in good faith (well over a month ago) and now I find that I don't have a working program!
Which leads to my question: How do I get the good folks at PI to:
A) Confirm that I am registered commercial user?
B) Obtain a copy of the program that works when I need to use it?
C) Make it happen ASAP?
Thanks for whatever advice anyone here can give me.
