...The problem is Safari. The latest versions seem quite buggy. Since we don't have any Apple mobile device, it is very hard for us to look for a solution. I strongly recommend Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. Both work without any issue.
I don't think the new website works with any iOS devices, which I think comprise the majority of all mobile devices. Safari has bugs, no doubt, but it may be one of the most standards compliant web browsers that exists (when excluding Flash, which I trust you are not attempting to use).

A recent development has made me try chrome as my main web browser. When using Firefox all these months and coming to the Pixinsight website I came to the same page each time and as usual clicked on the forum page. When Juan informed everyone that a recent and much hard worked Pixinsight home was to appear, as in all things new I was looking forward to the new creation. However when using Firefox the old page still continued to load and so was wondering what the new development was, increasingly my attention was piqued when other members congratulate Juan et al., for their wonderful work. However, now that I am using Chrome when I visit Pixinsight I arrive at the new updated site. So first may I also congratulate the developers for this new clean and more modern appearance. But to other Firefox users check that it is not loading the old web page and making you scratch your greying hair like it did for me......

Hi Peter,

Glad to know you like the new site. Try refreshing your Firefox (press F5). That happens because some files and data from the old site are still in your browser's cache. Refreshing forces the browser to reload everything.
