NOP Process icon

On clic this icon do not fly on desk. PI last ver on win7.

NoOperation does nothing. At all. Zero. That is what is supposed to happen. It is like a wild card for batch processing, like batch format conversion, or file copying.

Well, I would like use it has a wild card comment but on clic no open,no fly on desk, nothing. That is the question. Icon for fun only?

Thanks for the brilliant idea how to use NOP with ImageContainer to rename files or convert them!
So far i have used NOP only as a Comment Icon and heading for a process Icon Group.

However i think there is a little bug in this NOP process. It can only be moved to the Desktop by beeing moved from the vertical ProcessExplorer Tab
but not from the top "PROCESS" Tab.

Do you know of *any* process that can produce an icon from the Process main menu ?

As always, you are right. There is not a single Icon which can be moved to the desktop
from the top PROCESS selection. Only from the vertical ProcessExplorer.
So, no bug in NOP only a lacking understanding of people like me who are happy to learn
every day new things in PI:
