StarAlignment problems
« on: 2013 December 12 14:58:55 »
It is impossible to integrate imagine, when they are few use DynamicAlignment, but when they are many he is bothersome and StarAlignment would have that to work.
Can somebody tell me that he uses parameters?
Parameters are not by default useful for me.

can you post a sample image? this usually happens only when an image is out of focus or there are too few stars.

the images have to be the original fits images or 100% crops, one can not say anything about those two thumbnails when it comes to star alignment.

Hi

Your images have very low signal and lots of noise with very few stars , as you go on longer subs and calibration to remove as many hot pixels as possible

However it is possible to register these images , but you need to alter the setting ( see pic taken with Pi screen capture  :-*) and also looking at the detected stars helps with these settings

Kind regards

Harry

I was playing with these parameters and I could align a lot of photos.
Thank you very much.  :)
