HaRVB-AIP no actif layer error

Hello,
All of a sudden I can't use this script, HaRVB-AIP. I get, no actif layer error. It works at times on one computer but not two others. I did a search but found nothing.

It happens on both Mac 10.8.5 and Windows7.

Can anyone help?
