IKSS estimator estimator available in Javascript or PixelMath

The latest PixelMath as Qn and Sn but I have not seen something related to IKSS estimator (for the location estimation). Is it available either in PixelMath or (even preferably) on Javascript (for a preview or a region of an image)?
If not I can alway use the Median, so this is not critical.
