Batch Processing Problem
« on: 2013 December 04 02:05:07 »
Hi,
I have just run the Batch Processing script on 11 Lum images and 6 each of RGB. I get a perfect stack for L R and G but the B stack has a huge reject rate and the alignment has failed. The rejection log indicates I have rejected 80% of the pixels. The other images were rejecting no more than 2%. Any suggestions on how this has occurred and what I can do to fix it?

yes - load the registered B files into ImageIntegration and experiment with the settings. start with no pixel rejection, see what it looks like. then choose an appropriate pixel rejection technique and see what it looks like.

Oscar,

Be careful about using the batch processing tool for Image Integration.  In that regard, you might find the following discussion helpful:

Best of luck and stick with it.
