Trial Licence

Hey all,
    New here so be gentle.

A long time ago i got a trial licence for Pixinsight but due to a number of issues i never actually got to use
it apart from running it for all of half an hour or so. Obviously the 45 days ran out and that was that.

Today i am in a different situation having found lots of nice tutorials on the net for Pixinsight and now i
actualy have some usable data i can trial with which i did'nt have before, and, i think the use of Gimp is
close to the trash can.

I tried to get the trial again last week so i could have a real go at it this time but it wont let me as the
server already has my email addy in the past.

I contacted the company but never got a reply, How do i go about getting one more go at the trial ?

Any help would be greatfully appreciated.

Just write to Juan. He is open to reactivate trial licences if asked. Just be a little patient. I'll let him know that you are asking this renewal.

Yes Juan Conejero. He is the main developer. I already talked to him and he knows your case. He was a bit overwhelmed with work the past days, so your mail slipped. I hope that this has being already resolved.

I had an email from Isabel Martinez last night who has very kindly sorted me out.

Many thanks to you and the rest of the team, i look forward to having a real play
this time.
I have noticed that there is a few clear night coming up over the next few days where
i am in the UK so i will delay submitting a request for the trial slightly in the hope of
getting another set of sub's etc so i have more examples to play with.
