Hi
Before an automatic acquisition of a series of images I always get a first image that I try to evaluate to refine the acquisition time that I need, but I do it more or less arbitraly without a precise evaluation.
What I am looking for is a tutorial, book, video etc..... to see exactly what I should be looking for in my original images so that they will have enough informations so that the treatment in PI will then run smoothly.
