Hi Mike
Just revisited your updated tutorial. It's informative and nicely presented. I am finally starting to feel that I have a good handle on the decon process.
Thanks
Geoff

Tom,

Yes and Yes, you got that spot on.

If I don't pick the first image of the first set of frames to be the alignment reference, then I will make a note in notepad of the image used and store that with the images, just in case I forget (almost certain!)

Hi Mike,

I'm just dropping a line to say thanks for your very good video. I finally got to understand Decon properly with your presentation. Great job!

Hi Mike,

I'm late to the party, but I really found your video useful too.  I thought I had my head around DynamicPSF and masking, but found your StarMask tweaks and insights into DynamicPSF very helpful.  By taking more care with DynamicPSF in particular and also using the playing with Circular PSF on my somewhat undersampled system I've ended up with a much better PSF estimate.

It was interesting too that with more optimal settings "convergence errors" are almost non-existent.
