Hi PI Guys,
Just a small suggestion. Would it make sense to put the "Mask Generation" (with its "StarMask" process) in the "Mask" top level menu? This is where I always go to find it because all of the other mask related stuff is there. Then I remember its in the Process menu. Maybe I'm just odd! :-)

Cheers

Hi Simon,

No you aren't odd at all, what you say makes sense :)

In general, we try to avoid creating menu items as links to particular processes. If we create such links, we can easily end with a big mess in the main menu structure of the core application (why don't we do the same for many other processes).

Having said that, we could implement something based on your idea. For example, a new configuration tool to allow the user to define new menu items as "process launchers", or even to allow creating new shortcut keys to launch selected processes. I'll think on these possibilities.

Thank you for this suggestion.
