First image out ! BUT !!!

Here is my first image out of pix insight...It's 12 x 5min @ 800iso ,darks , a master Bias (of 200) ,flats.
What could have i done wrong to have all those hot pixels
Any idea ?

Yikes! It looks like they're in the red channel.

This is a one-shot color camera, right? A DSLR?

Cosmetic Correction combined with Batch Preprocessing will help. I think you left off the rejection algorithm -- Winsorized Sigma Clipping is good.
