I am trying to change settings in ImageIntegration of the final preprocessing stage to obtain the best image I can before further processing. So I thought I would be able to use the noise estimates produced at the end of the integration and also run the NoiseEvaluation script.
But I am having trouble inderstanding what the numbers mean, take for example the results from two different settings for the same image below (A & B), which is the best regarding SNR ? I am pretty poor at math, so please go easy on me

I have search the forum for answers on this, but anything I found just confused me further.

I have only been using PI trial for 4 weeks and just bought the program yesterday.
The image is the final stage integration of 51 subs after preprocessing with darks, bias and flats. Taken with a DSLR, wide field shots with 300mm lens.
After final integration: AGaussian noise estimates:
?sR = 2.080e-005
?sG = 3.581e-005
?sB = 1.658e-005
Reference SNR increments:
??s0R = 6.0642
??s0G = 6.5255
??s0B = 5.4076
Average SNR increments:
??sR = 5.4614
??sG = 6.6129
??sB = 4.7944
