CCDStack 2 DeBloom Images Will Not Calibrate in Pixinsight

Hi,

I am attempting to calibrate debloomed images from CCDStack 2 with Pixinsight using master calibration frames generated in Pixinsight.  If I do not debloom first and use the images as they were generated from CCDSoft, the images calibrate fine.  However, if I run the images through CCDStack 2 and save them in one of their 5 file formats (16 bit Fits Unsigned, 16 bit Fits Signed, 32 Bit Fits, 32 Bit Fits Floating Point, 16 Bit Tiff) I get the same warning image from Pixinsight: Warning.  No correlation between master dark and master flat frames.  And the images do no calibrate.

Any one else run into this problem and has developed a work around?

Check that the images have the same dimensions.

Hi Carlos,

Images are the same size.  They calibrate fine directly from CCDSoft.  However, the moment I run them through CCDStack 2 to debloom, I get the a warning from Pixinsight and the images are not calibrated.  If I save them as a tiff from CCDStack after deblooming, the images look normal after an STF--just not calibrated.  All of the other formats available from CCDStack after Pixinsight calibration are grey with very little detail after an STF.

One additional comment -- CCDStack-saved images often don't play well with PixInsight.  CCDStack appears to use the FITS standard differently than PI.
