On Win7:
- Launch PI.
- Open a Crop process instance.
- Enter -123 in the top field, -163 in the right field, leave the left and bottom fields 0.
- Create an icon for this process.
- Close the process window.
- Save the icon in a file.
- Delete the icon.
- Load the icon from the file.
- Double click the icon to open it.
- The top and right values are now -100 and -200.
