Zoom window with mouse???

I was watching the videos that Juan posted this morning.
I have been trying for a  while now to figure out how to zoom on a spot with a mouse window.
It looked like Juan was doing it in the videos.
Is there a setting somewhere, or a shortcut, so I can drag a zoom box on a spot?

I found it.
It's under the "Mode" tool bar.
