Changing PC's - Can I reload PI onto my new PC?

My PC is on it's last legs and so I want to get a new one. How do I go about transferring PI from my old PC to a new one?

Copy the license file to your new PC, then reinstall PI on the new PC, then update. The commercial license is not bound to a specific PC.
