TIFF Files NOT ABLE TO OPEN

I'm sure this has been asked and answered, but in searching the Forum, I've found no solution.

PixInsight ver. 1.7 x86_64; Format Explorer does not list "TIF/TIFF" files.
I've been trying to open a "TIF" without success.

It worked fine in earlier versions.

Any help would be appreciated.
