WCSHeader script

Here is a new script that displays an image's FITS World Coordinate System (WCS) header information.

This script does not solve the image, it just displays the solution recorded in the FITS header, if present.

I updated this script to fix a MaxOSX dialog layout bug. See the head post. Hopefully it looks OK on Linux.
