Batch Preprocessing Question

I'm sure it's something simple, but I can't figure out why, after using the batch preprocessing script, my Canon 5D Mark II CR2 (color) files come out of the batch preprocessing script as mono (black and white).

Any ideas on how to get them back into color?  Thanks in advance

On the main script screen, right hand side, do you have "CFA images" checked?
