BatchPreprocessing not calibrating all light files

The batch preprocessing script is not processing all light files.  When I provide a set of different filters/binning it only processes the first group.  e.g. first exposure time/filter group.

Possibly related:

When I load in a set of files taken with the same filter they are grouped together (even if exposure times is different 300s vs. 600s).

When I load in a set of files taken with different filters, it groups them correctly (by filter/binning/exp time).  But it only processes the first group.

Maybe related to FITS headers like 'Filter 2'?
