This morning PI crashed twice.  The second time it wouldn't even die, so I decided to reboot.  Upon rebooting my PC and starting PI I noticed the following:

1) All my custom preferences were reset to defaults - so I had to reset color management, global prefs, etc.
2) My recently used file and project lists were empty
3) My manually added script files were all missing - only those in Program Files were present so I had to reload/add all of them again.

Needless to say this was a pain and I'm sure I have missed something along the way.  I'm leary to call this a bug, but I guess it could be.  I'm reporting this here to be sure, but what I really want is a way to restore these settings from backups.  I take a full PC backup each night, so it should be simple to restore my preferences from the backup files.

So, does anyone know which files I need to restore to return all my custom settings, file lists, scripts, etc without all the manual intervention?

Thanks, Craig
