Getting Started with Star Generator

I'm trying to use the Star Generator to develope reference images for registration on a Windows XP 64 bit and Windows 7 64 bit machines. Is there a video tutorial? How can I download the Star Generator data base? I've tried but have had no luck. Thanks

Your "computers will not download bin files." ???  Using a browser, left-click on the link and use the "save file as..." Place the PPMX.bin file at a fixed location (mine is in an /Applications/Astronomy folder) and use that directory in the Star Generator process.
