Running Gradient Merge Mosaic in PixInsight

I have very little experience with PixInsight but I am very impressed with its capabilities. I've begun imaging mosaics but didn't have much luck with Photoshop. I have heard good things about Gradient Merge Mosaic. However, it is not listed as a Process. How does one run this process/script in PixInsight?

It should be in the Gradient Domain category of processes. There is plenty of information in thread http://pixinsight.com/forum/index.php?topic=3572.0 and the threads linked from it. The documentation can be found within PI and here:  http://pixinsight.com/doc/tools/GradientMergeMosaic/GradientMergeMosaic.html . Also make  sure you see Steve's excellent tutorial http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H2r3ZYqCaP8&gl=US&lr=1 .

Sorry, I'm a total newbie here. I'm running PI 1.7 Starbuck on Mac OS X and Win 7 64. In neither case do I see a process/category called Gradient Domain. Where is it?

You should upgrade to the latest version 1.7.4 http://pixinsight.com/forum/index.php?topic=3700.0. It is part of the product since this release.

I'm running version 01.07.04.0759 Starbuck. There are no updates for this installation.

Stop PI, reset settings and restart PI. In Windows it is under Start/Programs/Pixinsight Platform/Reset Pixinsight settings. I suppose there is something similar on the Mac. If you still dont see the process, its a case for Juan.
