Unable to resize script editor
« on: 2011 August 11 11:24:16 »
I seem to be unable to resize the window of the script editor. See attached screenshot. PI 1.70, Fedora 14-x64.

Hi Georg,

If you place the mouse cursor over the top border of the Script Editor window, the mouse cursor should change to two vertical arrows, and hence you should be able to click and drag to reduce the window's size. Does this happen?

Anyway you can try this workaround:

- Make sure the Script Editor window is visible.
- Normalize ("unmaximize") PI's main window. If necessary, reduce its size manually.
- Maximize PI's main window again.
- Now the Script Editor window should have smaller dimensions.

Yes, this works. I would have expected to be able to size the window at the right border of text part of the windows. Now that I resized the editor window once this is possible, even if I make the window smaller again, see attached screenshot. I guess it is some problem with the computing the window size.

Thanks for the workaround,
