Hi

a few things to try  :D

1) the average against overlay

2) increase the feather radius

3) increase the shrink radius

Try some or all

What?? The defaults don't always work???  >:D

Well, I tried a number of combinations, not knowing 100% what I was doing at times, and none worked.

Usually increasing the feather radius and/or increasing shrink radius should help. If not, it might be useful for us to see a screenshot.
