Doc browser does not show JPG images

My documentation browser does not show JPG images (but yes PNG). If I drag and drop a PNG image on the browser, it shows without problems. If I do it with a JPEG image, a missing image icon appears. (Win XP 32)

I have the same problem. Also Win XP 32.

I've seen the same problem just once on Linux x86_64 with PI 1.6.9. I exited PI, then launched it again and everything worked normally; all JPEG images shown again. It has never happened again since then.

Do you still have this problem?

Yes, the jpegs are never displayed in the internal browser. Only small question mark.

Could you try uninstalling/reinstalling PixInsight, if possible (this implies reinstalling also all available updates)?

I've uninstalled the application, reinstalled it and accepted 8 updates. The problem is still the same.
