It must be an IE8 bug, the links are showed after a few seconds if you switch from one navigation tab to another.

Edition: not always happens, sometimes the links appear, some other times they don't  :(

Juan,

Still no change. And I've tried switching back and forth between tabs as suggested by xatamec, and waited, but still no links.  :(

Another question. Can you see and use the similar links that appear on the processing examples page:

http://pixinsight.com/examples/
...

Yes, these links work.

Attached a screenshot of the problem.

Juan,

Ah....I have found something! If I go to Tools / Compatibility View and take the tick off of Compatibility View then I can see the links.

Does this help diagnose the bug with viewing the links?

Note that with Compatibility View ticked I can see the links perfectly on the other pages, i.e. tutorials etc.

This is wonderful!  It is like S&T and Dr. Dobbs had an illegitimate child - wonderful!

I just wish i had National Geographic glossy paper to print it on and bind it.

My only other comment is i wish it was broken into single pages instead of spreads so i could send it to the work computer to make a booklet.

Or if you make a version that is "Printer Spreads"  So it could be printed on 11x17 paper on both sides and stapled in the middle for a binding.

Printer spreads would be these pages on the spreads:
45-01
02-44
43-03
04-42
etc...

How about an iPad version?  :)  Learn some XCode of IOS and it _should_ be easy to make a flip book for the iPad.  I have never tried it.

Just some ideas i thought i would toss out.

Nice job!

Isn't there a PDF reader for IOS? That should suffice, right? I have to admit I thought a magazine would be a distraction to already stretched limited resources but I can see how this can be a great promotional tool. Further development of IOS and Android specific versions seems a bit gratuitous I think :) I don't know what it would take to generate Kindle/Nook ebook versions.

Downloaded the magazine from the forum links. Site links are still dead (another IE8 fun!). Excellent work!

I think I activated compatibily view some time ago to get rid of annoying scroll behaviour when writing a new post for the forum. It used to scroll eratically when my message was longer than the box allowed. With compatibility view activated, this disappeared.

Seems like a catch-22: Either you can download the magazine, or you can write long message. But never both...  :'( :yell: >:(

For users of iPhone and iPad (and similar devices), I am uploading a new version of the magazine with non-facing pages, so you can step through the 88 individual pages on a vertical screen. It says it will be there in an hour or so.

Now what you need is a second iPad: one for the left page and another for the right one. :)
