Deconvolution

I am trying to process a Nebula image using the HaRGB method.
I have blended the Ha and Red using Vincent's method and now I have a (HaR)GB image.

Now, how do I apply deconvolution to the image? Do I have to extract the L and apply it there?

Also: I can't seem to find a good setting for deconvoluting nebulae. Is there are trick to it?
