BTW it is Vicent not Vincent

HUGE APOLOGIES :-[ :-[ :-[

How long have I been a member of the Forum? How many times have I spoken to you, Vicent, including our many private 'message exchanges'? How many times must I have seen your name, spelled correctly?

It just goes to show you that the human brain chooses to 'see' exactly what it 'wants to see'.
Cheers,

But, I supported them in the World Cup - and I HATE football. I am going to hide until I know Vicent has left this continent. My concern is that I offered to try and catch up with him if he was ever in the UK. Does that mean I should always keep my Nomex underwear on, and have a bottle of water at had if someone walks by with a box of matches?

Hi all,

sorry for the late reply, just yesterday I came back home from a little vacation. My idea is to provide the attendees with data that will come as:

- Images to work with.
- Commented process icons.

Best regards,
Vicent.

I sent Vicent (BTW it is Vicent not Vincent<G>) data on the Lagoon and I have no problem with you using that as I will not be able to attend the workshop.  It is HaRGB data from CTIO.

Jack,
Thanks for catching my hatchet job on Vicent's name......my brain didn't register what my eyes were seeing and saw enough letters to convince me his name was Vincent.......Sorry Vicent, if you saw this.

As to attending the PI session @ Adler.....I have been trying to make that work but it is not happening.  Without going into too much detail, I am a single parent with too many irons in the fire.  Still, your offer on letting me use your data was the kindest offer and I do appreciate it.

Andy

Hi Andy,

all you need to do is ask :) I'm sure people will present you with data you can practice on.

Feel free to give this one a try:

http://cid-a93625fef5ca95fb.office.live.com/self.aspx/PSF/NGC6596-crop.zip

you can compare your results with the one I published yesterday.

Data downloaded and a huge THANK YOU!  Now that I have something to work with I am submitting my trial request straightaway.

Regards,
Andy

Hi Andy,
there are some good uncompressed images available for training on the Misti Mountain Obs.
