If you are iterating runs in ImageIntegration, and have requested that II should automatically 'close' previously created images, it would be more convenient for the new windows to be opened at the same location as the old images.

At the moment, II seems to use the generic 'cascading' style, even if the old images have been closed. That means that I am 'chasing' the new images all over the screen as I tweak clipping sliders during my initial inspection phase.

Can the image windows be created in a more 'static' fashion?
