Thanks for pointing this out. For some odd reason I had "EXTRACT_STATIC = NO" in my Doxyfile, and this is obviously the cause for the missing static member functions. I have fixed this bug and will update the PCL reference documentation. You help is vital to keep the PI project going ahead, as always.
