Current registered users have free access to our servers until the PixInsight 2.0 release (no release time, could be next year, or in ten years... we don't know yet). This means, you may freely download the PixInsight application, the PCL development framework and any process/module that the main developers launch (i.e. not included third party developers).
Up to this date, there are updates of the main application quite often. You may check the Release Information section to have an idea of the time lapses. Modules are updates less often, but due small changes in the PCL, they required recompilations many times, to be compatible with the latest core application. As I said, those upgrades, and new process releases, are free.
