Reading FITS kezwords
« on: 2010 April 13 08:23:54 »
I try to find the FITS keywords of a file. Unfortunately the view explorer only tells me that there are 119 keywords, but I did not find a way to look at the values.
There is a FITSKeyword object in javascript, but no hint on a way to find it.

Do somebody have any clue?

File->FITS Header

Ah, how nice a searchable help file would be.

Indeed, I went to the trouble to install an virtual XP machine to install AIP4Win because I knew that on another program I could find the location of the command in some logical way (right clicking on the image or some image property options or tab). I wonder how many people give up using PI because its functionallity is so often well hiden...

To be fair to PI I think file properties should go under the file menu where they indeed were :) It's just that a searchable help file would have pointed it out right away.
