Hi,
This is indeed a bug --and a shame that I haven't discovered it earlier

. Sorry for the inconvenience.
This bug has been fixed in the latest version of the StarGenerator module. I'll publish an official release in a while, but for your convenience, here are download and installation instructions for you. Please do the following:
- If you have PixInsight running, terminate all instances.
- Download the new module. Right-click on
this link for 32-bit Windows, or
this link for 64-bit Windows, and choose the "save file" option.
- Uncompress the zip file. This will generate a "StarGenerator-pxm.dll" file.
- Copy StarGenerator-pxm.dll to your C:\PCL\bin folder (32-bit) or C:\PCL64\bin (64-bit)
- Run PixInsight and try the new StarGenerator process. Now there is a "S" option that allows you to enter any negative declinations.
Thank you for your patience.
