... when the mouse hovers over the buttons. I dont find this intuitive. Minor issue (and minor fix) of course.

Hmm, I don't see this. I have a thin '+' as cursor when over the RTP image area. Windows Vista x64, default .NET theme.

I don't see this either. I see a crosshair when the mouse is over the Preview image and the normal pointer cursor when the mouse is over any other buttons. Vista 32bit, default install.

You are right. I dont see the double ended arrow after a restart. False alarm for now. Sorry  :-[
