DSLR: Completely Lost
« on: 2020 January 24 16:25:08 »
Dear all,

Need some help here. With the previous PI releases, I was able to process my DSLR images with no problem (Canon 6D, unmodified). Something happen after I updated to version 1.8. I am not able to process my images anymore. For example, DBExtraction gives me a flat color new image. I am completely lost!!! I am not a computer person and I do really do not know what to do

Would be geatfull if someone could give me some guidelines on what to do.

Thanks in advance, regards, Fernando

Hi,

This might fix your issue, try the following: From the top menu, select View ---> Explorer Window ---> Format Explorer ---> Raw_compat ---> Edit Preferences ---> Pure Raw ---> OK.  Now try your processing again.

In DBE did you select Subtraction?  How about a screen shot or two?
