Hello,
after last update I am always getting following error message upon startup of PixInsight 1.8.8-2 x64:

Unable to download repository information. Check error log for detail:
https://pixinsight.com/update/1.8.8-2/: Network error: schannel: CertGetCertificateChain trust error CERT_TRUST_REVOCATION_STATUS_UNKNOWN
https://pixinsight.com/update-doc/1.8.8-2/: Network error: schannel: CertGetCertificateChain trust error CERT_TRUST_REVOCATION_STATUS_UNKNOWN
https://pixinsight.com/update-eph/1.8.8-2/: Network error: schannel: CertGetCertificateChain trust error CERT_TRUST_REVOCATION_STATUS_UNKNOWN
https://pixinsight.com/update-db/1.8.8-2/: Network error: schannel: CertGetCertificateChain trust error CERT_TRUST_REVOCATION_STATUS_UNKNOWN

What can I do to overcome this issue?

Any help is appreciated.
Thanks in advance,

I have the same issue with PI 1.8.8-3 x64 MacOSX

My Fortigate router/gateway is configured to do a deep inspection of SSL Certificates.  In this mode PI repository fails, if I relax from deep inspection to just inspection (where it basically just inspects the header) PI repository works fine.  About 2 - 3 weeks ago I went to SSL deep inspection and had problems with ThinkorSwim platform as well.  Not sure why this causes an issue, but SSL deep inspection intercepts the certificate, picks it apart to analyze it and re-assembles.  Perhaps your issue is something similar.

Jeffery.
Thanks for the info.

I have not made any change at all to my router's configuration/setup, and therefor I doubt that
this repository error has anything to do with my router or network config. The error occurred
after I had installed a PI update shortly earlier.

Nevertheless I will check my router/network/firewall configuration.
