We cannot reproduce this problem on any supported platform. Blink does not cause any problems on any of our Windows 10 machines.
These issues are probably being caused by an incompatibility with your graphics driver. Update your graphics drivers to their latest versions available for Windows 10. If you are running PixInsight on a machine with dual graphics, try disabling the integrated Intel HD graphics adapter, either on Windows or by changing BIOS settings. This is a machine-specific problem.
