Trial License

Hi there, I had a trial license a while ago that I could not really use due to my PC being too slow. I now have a new PC that should work a lot better. I have tried to ask for a trial license and get the email through saying a second email will be sent but nothing has arrived after over a week.

I am pretty sure I used my work email when I asked for the original trial. I know technically I have already had a trial but after not using would love to try again as just getting up to speed with Astro Pixel Processor and would like to test PI alongside to see which I purchase. Have heard great things about PI and from what I could see when I did use on slow PC, seems my kind of software/interface.

I have a friend also that is trying to test but gets nothing through on email. Any ideas how to get around this as have a load of data and need to choose which product to go with.

Hi Tommy,

I am sorry to read that. However, the people working on trial license management say that they have no trial license request with your name (Tom Packham I assume). We cannot find any license with your name on our databases, either.

Please bear in mind that we have to be very strict with trial licenses, since we receive a large amount of fake requests and hacking attempts that we have to filter out manually. If you perform a new trial license request specifying your name and postal address, as described on our trial license request page, I am sure we'll approve it without problems.

Hi Juan, no problem. I have tried again with the email on this account. As I said, so have had a trial before but could not use fully as my PC was slow. I hope it will be okay to have a second trial license for testing on new PC and hopefully then purchasing.
