Strange results when using the full PI Pre-proc algorythm

I am having no problem now thanks to some insightful help on this forum and reading Keller, with BPP, but even with following Keller I am having problems with my integration results when I proceed with the full PI pre proc. I think too much red. I am just not sure.

But here is what the integration of my Orion Nebula looks like using the full PI pre-proc algorithm re Keller. The only thing I did differently was not check off optimize dark ( i did check off calibrate) when calibrating the flat frames. 

The attached is what I am getting.

Someone here must have had these results before.  I extracted the channels here only to see what they look like and the red looks off.
