Mask error message
« on: 2009 August 29 07:14:25 »
Hi Juan

I receive an access error memory violation after applying a mask to the main image in the workspace and the mouse placement resides anywhere over the image being worked on.
If the error is canceled and the mouse icon resides outside the primary image which has the masked applied no error is generated.

Please see attached image

Thanks
Troy

Hi Troy,

Thanks for reporting.

However, I can't reproduce this problem. Right now I have only a Mac machine at hand, though. Can you reproduce it consistently, or has this been a sporadic error that doesn't happen again under similar conditions?

Try to reproduce the problem with some variations:

- Different images and different masks.
- With and without the image icon over the image.
- With the image maximized and not maximized.
- With 3+ images open and with just the image and the mask open.

In this way we can try to define a set of conditions that trigger the access violation.
