Explorer Tabs/Panel "dimming" when selected?

All,

Just noticing that when I select any of the Explorer tabs on the left (except Process) they come up "bright" but then dim slightly.  Not a phenomenon I'm seeing anywhere else in PI (or any apps for that matter).  On a Macbook Pro running Sierra.

This is a special effect enabled by default on docked auto-hide windows. It applies a slight transparency effect to let you see what is behind the window (such as image windows for example).

If you don't like this effect, you can disable it with Preferences > Special GUI Effects > Translucent AutoHide windows.
