SubframeSelector graphing only for approved images

SFS graphs are wonderful for seeing trends and deciding on acceptance criteria.  I would like to see the ability to graph only approved subs, though.  Sometimes you don't want to see the effects of unapproved subs, which can distort the results.  Setting weighting so approved subs run from a lower to an upper limit, for example, would be a useful effect of this.  Right now I have to copy the data into Excel and use the Excel "NA" data value to exclude unapproved subs.

You add your files in the 'SubframeSelector' main window and measure, then approve images by the expression in the 'Expressions' window. In the Measurement window you can select the not approved images and remove them.

I hope that I didn't misunderstand your question.

Yes, that can be done.  But it needs to be re-done whenever anything changes the list of approved files.  It's pretty tedious to go through manually removing unapproved images each time the approval criteria change.

Removing rejected photos from the measured window can give problems if the approval criterion includes + or - sigma values. After removing the original rejected data, as noted, the weight be recalculated, but it will also recalculate the sigmas and have a new set of rejected photos.  This can be a repeating iteration until most photos are gone.

@pmont1 -- I wouldn't want the rejected images removed from calculations, only from the graphical display.
