PI has been bugging me for months about an available update. Last night I decided to go ahead with it.
I was surprised to learn that it suggested completely un-installing the previous version, then download and install the new version.
Well that went fine, except when I went to open PI it came up with a request for user ID and activation code.
Now I 'thought' I had them stored on my phone and tried the info from that but no match.
So I re-installed an earlier licensed version and that went fine, no issues. I found the user ID number and carefully jotted that down and repeated the un-install and install of the new version. Alas either the user ID or the activation codes are incorrect so no joy there!
So I tried requesting a new key online and cant find a match for that log in either.
What to do now?
